Infrastructure planning today is slow, manual, and expensive. Engineers and planners must analyze complex spatial data, regulations, and network constraints to design streets, mobility systems, and urban infrastructure. Our system combines geospatial intelligence, knowledge graphs, and large language models to automate these planning tasks. Customers submit a planning query and receive implementation-ready infrastructure scenarios and maps. What traditionally required months of expert work can now be produced in minutes. Our business model follows Services as Software: today we generate revenue through agentic planning services and pilot projects, which gradually evolve into repeatable queries and standardized planning modules. goNEON is already running projects across Switzerland, Germany, Austria, the UK, and the US. We have just closed a first advisor financing round with leading infrastructure manages, policy makers, and serial entrepreneurs, with a substantial seed round planned for the fall. We believe the next wave of the agentic economy will automate complex professional services. Infrastructure planning is one of the largest industries where this transformation is just beginning.
