My organisation
AuscultaNet is a Swiss MedTech startup turning the stethoscope into an AI-powered cardiac screening device. Our adaptive clip-on module integrates with any stethoscope and uses on-device AI to detect heart murmurs and classify their timing — systolic, diastolic, or continuous — in under 60 seconds at the point of care. Why it matters. Cardiac auscultation is the most common diagnostic step in primary care, yet GPs miss the majority of clinically relevant murmurs — leading to unnecessary echocardiograms and late detection of valvular heart disease. What makes us different. • Zero-cloud architecture — all AI runs locally; no patient audio leaves the exam room. • Timing classification — unique vs. binary-detection competitors. Diastolic murmurs are 100% pathological; this distinction is clinically decisive. • Physician-in-the-loop — structured outputs support the clinician; the AI never decides. • Offline-first — works in rural clinics and low-connectivity settings. Status. Patent pending (CH001238/2025), Swiss Trademark #838818. Regulatory pathway: CE MDR Class IIa, FDA 510(k), IEC 62304, ISO 13485. Lead clinical site: Inselspital Bern. Physician-founder-led; member of the SITEM-Insel MedTech ecosystem. Currently raising pre-seed. At Swiss Startup Days 2026, we are looking for pre-seed investors with MedTech expertise, clinical pilot partners, and reimbursement strategists
